Canadian Tire had plants on for 5 bucks (regularly 10$-20$).
I found another Azalea "northern lights", pretty general plant. I also managed to fine a cheap Tree Peony (Paeonia suffruticosa "Koukamon"). Tropical looking plant, thats hardy to zone 3 or 4.

To my surprise, I seen a Japanese Holly Fern. I seen these guys for sale as houseplants, and rated to zone 8 or 9. I didnt remember the Latin name for the houseplant one, so I bought it anyways (for 5 bucks, why not?). It turns out there is a hardy species of Cyrtomium, C Fortunei (yup, same dude who found the Trachy).
"Habitat: mountain forests and in villages, or even on stone walls in large cities. Distribution: Japan, Korea, southeast China, Vietnam and eastern Thailand. Hardy to -25°C, USDA Zone 5."
Here is what it looks like when its settled in. Definitely a good score!

I dont mind the NL azalea. THey are turning out to be well overused here. I now have 2 rhodies and 2 azalea... I think thats enough ATM
I was surprised at the prices of the tree peony. A one gallon pot was reg 20 bucks, imported from japan (still has the sticker on the plant). I managed to pay 5 bucks for it.
