the Mag saw a low of -4F last winter. We generally bottom out between -5F and 0F every year.......not much variation since we are close to the Ocean. Mine is planted in full winter sun too.

Hi Jim,

no more Sequiodendron for me. I had a nice one when I lived in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. I moved in 2003. Here's a photo of the Sequiodendron in Sept. 2002. I got this plant as a 6" tall seedling. Grows fast! The new owner cut it down in their 1st year.......too bad since the trunk would have hit the house in a few decades!!
