I don't recall that any cover--ever--satirized (is that a word?) Penn State.
But it's unfortunate it raised such a furor...but wasn't it published BEFORE the trial/conviction?

Satire is satire.
I don't have to know the story details to find it humorous.
For all I know (living up here in the great white north), topics could be about fictitious people.
I appreciate it as simply another form of humor on a topic.
Yup, I do remember Tony Avent's directions in how to get to the nursery...one of the funniest things I've ever read in my life.
Showed an incredibly creative imagination.
Will try to find it again...if I remember, it was a long set of directions, fall-down laughing landmarks.
I wish he'd come visit the North Okanagan and do a satirical piece on our local government.
He'd have material until he retires.
