Lovran has a mild climate, protected by the Ucka mountains. Trachycarpus fortunei has became naturalized in the surrounding hills.

Bougainvillea and Y. aloifolia
W. robusta and 'Lovranpalm'

The diversity is incredible.
Naturalized trachies are wonderful.
Really like the trunk-cleaned Washies and the blue palms.
Think I saw a Mimosa (silk tree) too.
What a palm paradise!
Everything looks so healthy.
After seeing those great photos, I may quit this hobby here
