Bring Coconut in? -weather question-

Post by Kansas » Sat Aug 26, 2006 4:19 pm

Starting tonight, lows in high 50's (58 &59) and highs only in mid 70's (76 & 77) until Thursday.
Should I bring in my coconut?

If the potting mix is damp I probably would bring it in, They tend to resent cold & damp roots ( anything below 60F )
I bring mine in when the lows are in the mid 50's consistently, Yours probably was shipped in from FL earlier this year so don't let it see too much of a temp. differential.
