Germinating Bismarckia in shallow containers.............

These were started in 20oz cups, the root will go straight down and then round & round.............. :D

They do seem to recover if transplanted before the seed is depleted.

I'm back to using tall containers, here's one of the larger ones still recovering from it's overwintering.
