Delightful! My in-laws, who live in Michigan, just got home from visiting my brother-in-law in S.C. It was -11 oF at their Michigan home this morning. Got to think they should have stayed.

We are suppose to be Plus 12C on Friday in Vernon BC. Should feel like spring. We only have a 1/2 inch of snow left from snow today.

just a little bit more and I'll get rid of these. Trachy (big box in front) will come out as soon as possible, but washy (skinny box in the back) will stay in till May but I'll take out the tarp so I can open it up in warm days.

Proof that palms should be planted where the cat sits in winter 😆

Great sunshine, tavi.
Send us some.

But they need GPS to see their beaks.
So much fog.

I shovelled a spot on the deck, grabbed a beer and enjoyed the 5 degree weather I had today... Trimmed a few burnt fronds from my chamaerops humilis it looks so good now it was a bit too bushy before but I didn't have the heart to trim off perfectly healthy fronds. No I can see some trunk.

We've had a mild spring day today 18C... good shirt sleeve order and with high pressure in charge no more rain for the foreseeable future except Scotland of course. Good to see most of you are in positive temperatures now. The rising Sun's strength will win out in the end 😀

Well said Andy.. As for the Scottish, that will keep'em in thee Pubs! Perhaps I will join them...
Glad it's warming there, hopefully the flood waters will recede further to your countrymen.
Perhaps with the time shift, we are starting to feel slightly giddy! .... insert [Barb] here 😉
