So far our lowest has been 31 F / -1 C that could change though. Still haven't covered my trachies....

It's impossible to find old fashion Christmas lights nowadays here. Only the LED ones are available. There is one positive thing there - the inner air is dry. Just crossing the fingers and hoping for the best. And I believe they are laughing there.
I don't know if my Gunnera does laugh too. It seems more frost sensitive. But if it will survive it would be a very nice present to my 50 th anniversary.
Try E-bay-there are places on line that sell them too but they cost more....

We hit 10F last night-sitting at 12F already at 9:56pm

Its -18c or 0f this morning for the second time this winter, hight of -8c or 15f today. Trachy under mummy wrap method still above +2c to + 15c (when heat cable start to heat, the probe is located near the heat cable). And under styrofaom box protection its near +8c.

We're going down here in Poland in a few past days. New minimal temperatures arrived: -24 C / -11.2 F
Wow! Here in Western Ukraine we didn't see lower than -19C so far. Generally Poland is somewhat warmer than Western Ukraine.
