Today I went outside and after a cold and snow March we have tulip sprouts that are 3 inches high. Trees are amazingly starting to bud and other sprouts as well
no snow in the forecast at all.

On Sunday night to Tuesday evening we are getting very VERY heavy flooding rains with thunderstorms and 15C high is possible. That should kill a bunch of the
snow on the ground and mid April could have 20C and 22C. We lost 40 cm of snow but flooding is a major concern of us.

All after a record snowfall year and countless storms makes this a year 2007-2008 winter to remember 🙁
