Dipped below freezing, I see. 😆
Time to head to the hot tub. I will

While pondering the fate of the CIDP I planted in the old hot tub on the Oregon coast. Got down to 20 oF (-7 oC) there this morning, then up to a high of 32 oF (0 oC) this afternoon, now back down....

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

Aaron, hope we can send you some milder weather Wednesday.
That is, IF we get milder.

Brutal, huh?

You have strange things happening over yonder. I see that they had record warmth for Alaska at Prudhoe bay when they registered 39F in permanent darkness up there. Much farther south in Lakeview Oregon they set an all time low of -27F breaking the all time record of -24F set on January 15th 1888. 😯

Right now in my neck of the woods its mild with high pressure centred over Europe pumping up mild air around that high. Temps are 8-10C with slightly higher temps in Scotland. No Cold weather forecast until at least Christmas and even then lows look to be only -4/5C.

It did look different three years ago though http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8447023.stm

Andy,
The news said you folks had the strongest storm surge in 60 years all along the East coast.
Strange stuff everywhere.
