Yeah, and its not looking good for the next 2 weeks. There s a map from Environment Canada. And they are right almost all the time. Look, almost all the earth continent are below the normal temp. and the ocean still above 😕

Even the damned arctic sea ice is below normal extent overall, it being way beyond normal in NA is more than made up for by the mild winter on the other side of the world...
