Me little plants just starting out

Post by hardyjim »

If you look close you can see the Y.Rostrata, variegated Y.Aloifolia
Y.Gloriosa,Opuntia(behind the black rock)Hesperaloe...the 2 Agave in
front were supposed to be Parryi and Havardiana but were not and
immediatly melted,I have no idea how the Agave in front of the Aloifolia
got there, the Aloifolia was removed 2 years later, just to big @ over 6'.

Thanks you guys....

Yea,as I have mentioned before..the cacti,Yucca etc have
been a huge surprise in regard to their growth rates although
there are some like the A.Neomexicana that have remained slow
but even that one is getting to that explosive growth size....it will
probably double in size this year without me noticing. :o

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

Thanks Aaron

Pretty amazing how much of this stuff survived even from
the small size of some of them...you can see one right away
in the front that didnt make it-the little Joshua tree,it was to late
when I realized it was coverd with scale, just as well, not a good spot
for a plant that gets as big as they do.
