My windmills went through hell after recently being transplanted then a very hot heat wave with little water. But they are coming back. Buds are pushing up

heat wave with little water
That's a shame.
Isn't there a water line/sprinkler available?

A little "under tree" sprinkler would be good, gets the soil evenly moist in about 10 minutes once or twice a week when it's hot.

Hoping the middle two come back for you.
