Thanks guys...yeah it is beautiful down there and our friends condo is amazing. They fly back and forth at least once or twice a month.Lucky them ... I'm going back down soon after our trip to New Orleans in March...

Agreed!
I envy people on the "right Coast" because of the mild Gulf Stream that makes so many areas desirable all along that seaboard.
Plus their ample rainfall.
Heck...all the way to England and beyond.
