Identify this Yucca?

Post by Okanagan desert-palms » Wed Mar 01, 2006 12:56 pm

I was in Puerto Vallarta Mexico back in Dec 2005 .I took these photos of what looks like a Yucca grafted onto a large trunked tree. The leaves of the Yucca? have small spines on the edges running the length of it. Can anyone ID this strange sight growing out of this tree? Is it a Yucca or something else?

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

Thanks Aaron I thought it might be something different than a Yucca.
