T. fortunei var. 'Wagnerianus'.

Trachycarpus fortunei var. 'Wagnerianus' ~ I'm not all convinced I like this one, at least in my garden. Very small leaves that are no more than 9" from hastula to leaflet tip. Occasional damage from winter frosts and very slow growth, make for a "take it or leave it" palm. I'll likely leave it as a strange novelty for folks to see though. The entire palm is no more than waist height.
