Tim- Nice colour. Tis the season!

I'm off to the Cali desert, if by chance I am able to get pollen (say from brevifolia or other stuff) would you be interested?

Hey Tim, a friend gave me some irises in a pot...can all irises go into a fishpond?
(I don't know the variety).

Paul, take lots of pics please.

This particularly Tim's iris (Iris pseudoacorus) is a true "pond iris". So go ahead Barb!

Hey Barb,

this is the first year my goldfish survived winter and weren't killed by cold and/or critters. I've use to treating goldfish like 'annuals'. 😆

Glad yours made it this winter...

It's just sad when they die from cold, or get eaten.
We had probably close to 200 goldfish in the big pond, down to about 10 or 20 now.
Damn ospreys and blue herons and kingfisher. 😕

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

Sun? What's that? LOL. We don't get much sun in April & May around here. The basjoo would get sun from 9:30AM thru 6PM. It's 'suppose' to be more sunny & 'hot' the next week so it should grow fast now!!!!
