I am trying to post pics of Mexico for everyone but the little tab that allowed me to simply upload a image is gone...how the heck can I do it?

Upload the photos to a image host such as http://www.imageshack.us and then copy the "direct link". When you want to post them here click the Img tag on the top, paste the link & then click the close tags link.

Ya as Laaz states, the link to ImageHost isn't available with this (annoying Halloween) format. There's lots of sites dedicated to storing your images that can be posted here.
