Once a trachy trunk is about three or four feet then it starts to produce seeds. I find the males seem to get flowers at a younger age than females but that is just my experience.
Lucky I will have to try google earth and see if I can find it.

My trachy's trunk is 28 inches (soil to first frond), so by the time this beggar is ready to blossom, I doubt it'll REMEMBER what it's supposed to do!
Wes, just look for the biggest palm in the neighbourhood (once you get close).
That'll be yours. 8)

Ginko Biloba is supposed to help with memory.
If you start adding that to the fertilizer, the trachy's memory may still be good when it finally gets to flower.

Ha ha, Allen, I'll pour a ginkgo tea for palm and me.
After a fab day yesterday where we hit 15 degrees, we're sitting at 4 now.
Feels like -4 with that northwest wind.
You folks are cold again, too. Darn.
