Dion, I dig the papaya and the averrhoa!
Ever have any flowers on the Averrhoa? Unfortunately I think you'll need both to flower at the same time if you want fruit, it is a distylous species which is strongly self-incompatible!
How did the Trachy overwinter?
Great pics of great plants.
Nicely done.
My starfruit looks awful; probably needs sun and warmth.
Dion, are the rest of your plants in a greenhouse?

If you drink, don't drive. Don't even putt.
My averrhoa's are only 2 years old so I'm not expecting flowers yet, maybe this year. My Trachy over winterer nicely, I built a cage around it wrapped in plastic with Christmas lights wrapped around the leaves for the really cold nights below 20 degrees. I posted under the new member forum under "Hello from Lumberton NJ" with a complete of all the tropical plants I have in my sun room for the winter.

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

Dion thanks for sharing your pics. Do you have any pics of your winter protection for that T.fortunei?
