Hey Mike,
There are some really cheap products out there called thermocubes or thermostatic outlets. They are really cheap they can control the temps for you.
They have one that comes on at 20f and off at 30f which is a t2 model, and a 35f-45f one that's the t3. They also have a 0f-10f but that's pretty cold,
I don't think many people use that one much. As for the fungus I haven't noticed any in my huts over the years, you could always spray lightly with the
fungicide like Scott mentioned.
