John, I meant to ask you before about the felt or what ever that is under your in ground palms. Is that to keep the ground from getting to hot? I think the washys will do fine, I'm going to make it my mission to get them though looking green in spring.

Bill you mean the landscape fabric . I was promised some crushed gravel from a friend of mine who is a landscaper "who has yet to deliver" been waiting three months now! Maybe it will be here when the snow flies. LOL. Got to rattle some chains.
I`ll be planting some Washy`s next spring.
