I been not here in a while and I have some great shots of the night sky. I do use SLR camaras that do a great job. The are 30 second exposures and I can go higher with the bulb. Without tracking you will get star trails. I will show star trails soon. The first is Saggitarius the second is Orion the last have 3 constellations that are Auriga,Taurus,Perseus. They should not have no trails on them. ISO was 800. On the first photo you can see the milky way if you look closely.

Im glad you like them and I think astrophotography is a great hobby. Its been a very warm night and there was fog. If it was clear and no fog it would have lots more stars and more detail and darker but its nice when you have a little light from the sun thats rising.That orange sky is from the fog and some sun light. The last 2 were taken at 4:10 AM.
