Wes everything looks great as usual. How old is that Med fan palm? Have you had any new growth from the needle palm since planted?

I planted the med fan four years ago and yes the needle put out three fronds last year and already one and a half this year. The one sucker has grown too.

Wes, nice contrast with those unique bamboo stems and the fence behind, a very Asian setting.
Does that bamboo spread...some folks have a copper "pot" (with no bottom) to contain bamboo's spread sideways.
It's very pretty.

The c.panzi looks like it'll unfurl this week! Wow, that was fast. Looks very strong, and probably loves it in that raised bed.
Gorgeous gazebo and setting.

😆 Where on earth do you have space for those two waggies? ha ha Nice purchase.
Yuccas look very healthy...forgot whose it was, but he had blossoms on Mother's Day. Yours are still way ahead of mine.

Beautiful colors on that viola...only nature could do that so well.
Great yard, Wes, your love of plants shows!

I will find room for the waggies. I have a few more square feet to use yet.
My goal is to have a tropical looking jungle in the yard one day.

That's a gorgeous Azalea. We picked up one this weekend but haven't planted it yet.

As usual, your Trachy is superb and the rest of the yard beautiful.

My yard is amonth later than yours in growth and blooms.

Allen

You don't have to be crazy to grow palms in Alberta..... But it helps
