Boring day today, so me & the wife decided to head downtown & to the beach. Here's a bunch of pic's...

Large variegated Agave, about 6 Ft tall.

Some Yucca on the dunes to the beach.

Some massive native Palmetto's.

Some native Saw Palmetto's. To me these are the nicest looking clumping shrub palms there is.

A couple shots of Rainbow Row.

A couple shots of the sidewalk downtown. They are just covered with Palmetto seed. The seed sprouts from every crack in the sidewalks & pavement.

Some massive CIDP's these have to be over a hundred years old.

Laaz,

Those pics of yours are making me downright homesick (lol)...

C/town is truly a real site to see for everyone...

Why I like C/Town is its a city that you can walk around in and in the smallest of alleyways and back corners you'll find pretty little gardens with sweet smelling jasmine and magnolia's.

Hey folks...if you can...go see Charleston!

Thanks Laaz..

Awesome pics. I love those palmettos. The area looks great too.
Saw palmetto you would think would be hardy here but I understand they do not like our wet winters. Too bad they look great.

Hey Laaz ... say no more! Absolutely! I will of course, have to compensate you somehow, either monetarily or with a good selection of seeds in return.

Cheers. Barrie.

Great pictures Laaz. You apparently are quite talented with a camera. either that or your subjects really show it off. Nice work. Feel free to post pictures anytime.
