Arctic, very nice.
Look at the size of that Foxtail and Queen...great.

All look ready for a great summer outdoors.
Dumbass didn't do bad at all, 😆 😆 😆

Nice Arctic. Good to see that your Trachy is going to make it.

Ya, the trachy is really doing well...the new growth is fast and green. I think these are tuff palms. I learned they are not indoor palms. I am going to get one more to replace the one I lost (from being in the house) and I will plant it...thats it for this summer...(yaa right)

Hey A/palm..

Their looking good man (considering what they've been through)..give yourself a pat...

I'd cut the damages fronds off...

Did you get over to Valleyview to see the windmill's??..awesome selection of bismarka's and washy's as well...

Q...Is your trachy planted in full sun and what exposure does it face (n.e.w.s)...

well it faces s/w. It has about 3/4 of the day sun exposure. It seemed to really enjoy the ample exposure last summer...pushed out a new spear every week. its still going crazy. I am happy with it. I didn't go to Valleyview..I called and the guy names Musa said that the biggest they got in was 7 gallon for 299.00 or something...he said you must have been mistaken, even though I know you weren't. broadway has the largest cheapest ones around anyway. Plus Tony is a pleasure to deal with.
So you believe I should cut off the damaged fronds? All of them?

seems like it likes the s/west exposure...

the foxtail is a nice palm but a pain in the ass to move. its also so tropical, I cant keep it out till november (like the washingtonias) and I just took it outta the greenhouse a week ago. that palm cost me 200.00 bucks, thats not bad as far as im concerned.
my damaged trachy is still doing very very well, I am so happy with it. I cant wait to get another trachy. Still cant source a big one.
