The nursery clerk told me the name, but the tag stated the usual "tropical foliage" 👿
But on Images Google found this:

I think the Dwarf and Panda bamboo(s) are perhaps one and the same thing, except mine isn't variegated.
Interesting that there's a Fortunei 😉 name.
