I would say if you really want to warm up the garage make the investment and get a wood stove..few logs a day and keep it a nice 70 F all winter long ...

Mine are still small so I havent tried to over winter them outdoors but this give me a bit of hope..wouldnt try it with this titanum tuber though :D

If it has not been to wet down there,try over watering it and see if that breaks it loose.Unless you think to much rain could be part of it? Just try...

since mine tried to put out the twin leaves it has gone all stupid..the large leaf is now standing straight up like an alocasia...the aborted leaf put...

as far as I understand there are only 2 Humilis which is the green form and cerifera which is the silver form. I think there are ALOT of varience thou...
