Barb that looks like a CIDP. If you leave it like that it will develop a curve in the trunk. You are better off repotting it so it it upright.

The last palm is Date palm. More than likely a CIDP. I would repot it. They are very hardy palms.The first palm, not the sago looks like Rhapis excels...
