Barb that looks like a CIDP. If you leave it like that it will develop a curve in the trunk. You are better off repotting it so it it upright.
The best part is the growth rate of these palms. From the dates on these pics, this is showing two years of growth.

The last palm is Date palm. More than likely a CIDP. I would repot it. They are very hardy palms.The first palm, not the sago looks like Rhapis excels...
