Energy efficient C9 bulbs are about 3.5 watts each, so 100 bulbs = 350W. The bulbs will also allow you to put the heat closer to where it needs to be....

You can keep them growing, the seedlings probably won't be bothered, but the larger stuff might stretch out and be touchy to acclimate in the spring....
