1 week later and you can see a new leaf beside it. Also, you might not be able to see, but the other caudex (sp?) is prepping for a flush as well....

I think yours is a lot greener than mine thou. I watered a LOT and gave it a lot of heat in the greenhouse. Seemed to be constantly putting on a leaf....
