Depends on what size they are,small straplingsor very small palms would need a cover to be safe.Anything with 2-3' of clear trunk wont even blink...if...

Outside...if you can find something like a thermocube there(turns on heat/power @35F/on,turns power off@45F)...these make it really easy to overwinter...

The size of the palms matters too in regard towhen they can be uncovered,Trachys(Fortunei)with 2'+ to 3' trunks can be outside for 3 to 7 days in temp...
