Yeah!Awesome pic @ -6F!
Where are you going in Florida?
Hi AndyI always enjoy your post's...not sure why thisone has kinda died out but lots of great friendlypeople here...I think your right about why peopl...
Thats awesome that it doesn't get that windy...much easier to take winter!I would like to use covers like that but it so dangcold at night sometimes.....
OkIf I keep doing this I will.
Looks great...I like enclosures where you canstill see the palms, very cool. How do they hold up to the wind?We had 45mph winds out of the westhere that...
My thinking is that it is tough to move a larger palmand have it recover in time for winter,I would needto dig them up and pot them for a year and hop...
I was not planning on covering anything this year as I may be moving but I did cover somestuff yesterday in 12F temps,we'll see if it was enough.
Its like that on most forums...maybe the colder wintershave caused some to give up???
Probably need to be kept 10F+ to keepfrom to much leaf damage.
For sure, they were a lot bigger last year with the sametreatment so definitely in decline if the leaves are not saved this year.
Thanks BenPineapple is inside now and getting bigger.
