I am not sure until it gets a little bigger, it is one of the following- yucca elephantipes, yucca filimentosa, of recurvafolia. My guess at this stag...

I don't know why some sabal minors are blue and others aren't? The same thing happens to yuccas. Every now and then I find a few blue yuccas even tho...

That could be Kansas,Direct light is very hard on plants until they get adapted to it :) It is just like us sun burning.
