The biggest Brahea armata I have seen in SE AZ, at least in cold country. The flowers made me look or I would have thought it was filifera.

do you have another photo of your Y. neomexicana seedling? The photo you posted almost looks more baccata-ish or could be another baccatae-type Yucca...
