This one has leafed out fairly well throughout the Winter 8)

Yes, it has.
The fact that any leaves are growing in winter is a feat in itself.
Mine just barely hangs on until it's outside again.
I've learned Canela needs firstly a canopy, i.e. no direct sun...ever.
Even morning sun in late spring/early summer on my patio burns a couple of leaves to a crisp.
By the time the sun's higher in the sky and it's in almost total shade and very warm, then it's happy.
But it's a short couple of months at my place.
Doesn't bode well for its longevity, I'm afraid.
could probably find some more room if need be
bunk beds for the kids...all into one room 😆 😆
