Here's a plant I like to rave about. I always plant it along with my Ensetes,Musas and other annuals Its great to see the leaves get bigger and bigger as the season goes on. I also get flowers but no edible fruit as the season is short and probably not enough day heat. I've overwintered mine in the house after digging it up from the garden.Luckily I have the thornless variety also.

Does anyone else grow this plant? I'd be interested to see how it performs in a North American summer climate.

KNNN (in Kansas) grew that a few years ago.
He hasn't been on here much.

Hi Tim.... Can grow to 2ft across. In midsummer here though the resident bugs tend to shread the leaves.
