Can anyone help me id the large foliage plants in the bottom left and center right towards the back?
I think it's a variegated leopard plant, farfugium on the front left. If you click the pics on thru pinterest it links to a verbal walkthru of the garden. The author thinks it's farfugium, too. The big elephant ear looking one is gunnera I think, and the extreme middle-right variegated plant sure looks like canna 'pretoria'
great thanks, I want to make a collection of foliage plants for zone 6/7 on Pinterest. I'll add these as both seem to be zone 7.

You're welcome, cool page you're making. I've always wanted gunnera but I don't think it'll take much heat. There's no shortage of heat here in the summertime. Don't forget canna 'stuttgart' for foliage!
Thanks, here's one I made for trees and shrubs.

But this understory foliage one seems much harder, as there are fewer large / colorful leaf plants for this zone
