I cant find a real specific way to germinate passiflora incarnata seeds. I Know i have to soak them for a period of time, and cold stratify them for 1-3 months. Ive heard that soaking them in orange juice can aid in germination.
sry if im spamming this section of the forum. More ambitions, more questions!
