Curved bamboo in Oak Bay (BC)

This quirky bamboo in Oak Bay is quite interesting. Can anyone ID this bamboo? It's located in Oak Bay, BC.

There should be more palms at English Bay.

Looks like phyllostachys bambusoides "Castillonis"
I have a clump about the same size as in the picture.
A great looking bamboo and fairly hardy.
It is a clumping bamboo so it does not run.

I disagree with you Wes, Phyllostachys are running bamboos. It may not run that much where you live because of the climate.
