I'd been eyeing this plant at HD the last few times I was there (initially I thought it was a cut-leaf green Japanese maple). But there was no price on it so I didn't even ask.

Today it was still there so... 🙂 the woman was looking up the price on the computer. I almost fell over when she said it was a Polyscias (Ming Aralia) and THAT IT WAS $29.95. I almost threw the thirty bucks at her before she could find the correct price. 😈

My crappy 1.3MP camera doesn't do it justice (I have a new camera but haven't figured it out yet).
From all the badly-pruned trunks, I think it's as old as me. 😆
This would be a super candidate for bonsai (not one of my many many talents). 🙂
