Hey ... that guy is from New Brunswick in the eastern maritime region, an entirely different breed of Canadian. All the nudists in Vancouver hang out 😆 at Wreck Beach, legally.

We have many nude areas in Vancouver and now women are seen topless all around town.
No need to run from police here.
And yes wreck beach is famous for nudists.

I caught a peice of that on the news and couldn't believe what happened. One of the most bizzare things I've ever heard.
