7.5 EQ at midnight last night (off SW "corner" of Alaska).
Tsunami warnings for BC coast have apparently been cancelled.
So no oceanfront property yet... 😐

I just received an email from the USDA Hardiness people who stated your gardening zone just changed from zone 5b to 5a since your tectonic plate just moved north. 😆
