Palmsnorth.com new private message has arrived... Not there?

Three times this week and twice this morning I have received an email from palmsnorth.
When I go to the website, there is NO private message,like the email states. I have sent and received many pms before.
Is this happening to anyone else?
Am I doing something wrong?
