Amazing Stock Performance

When my wife was hired by Churchill 5 1/2 years ago their stock was worth about $4 and falling. By the time that she had cleaned up one of their division's accounting mess 8 months later(and they fired her because she was too expensive), the stock was down to about $2. They have the same incompetent senior management today but their involvement in oilfield and industrial construction has kept them in business. Their stock closed at $11.24 on Friday.I think that we had better sell while we can and before they actually have to compete for business or someone reviews their financials.Allen

Congrats on your efforts for cancer. That is one disease that can come out of nowhere and strike people down. How do you find time to grow palms?

I admire your willingness to go to Vegas in the summer. Edmonton has become too hot for me in the summer. I think that I would melt in Vegas in August.

Well... there is bad news and good news.

I am still watching the Panzi seeds. 2 more have cracked. NOTHING has germinated.

Churchill stock peaked at $19.05 last week and has fell back to just under $18. I want to sell in the worst way but our tax position would be ugly if we sell this year.

Still nothing with the seeds.

The stock hit $29 2 weeks ago but fell back and is now steady in the $22-$23 range.
