If you want to be safe online then you should be using a VPN.

Protecting yourself online is key. If your surfing the web, you’re exposed to many risks! data breaches, hacking attacks, and snoopers.

I have been using SurfShark VPN for over a year now.

I use it on my mobile and my laptops. It's essential if you travel and use public Wi-Fi.

SurfShark has a healthy 3,200 servers in 100 locations, industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption to keep
all your devices safe online.

Founded in 2018 and becoming one of the best VPN providers on the market. I have used some free ones which
I don't recommend using. Also Have used the VPN that comes with Avast and it' s okay but doesn't have the
amount of VPN's that surfshark has.

SurfShark also has some added features that you can purchase like an anti-virus and dark web scanning to see if
your info is on the darkweb. That's a really cool feature to have these days.

They have monthly and year payment plan options. You can get a three free months by using this Link When you sign up and select any plan.

I am very happy using SurfShark VPN and I think you will also find it very useful I want everyone to be safe online. :)

Palms are a fun hobby for us, but they are a deadly serious matter in some places.
Many of you know I spend time in the rainforests of Belize, for my own research on wildlife and to help with an effort to deter poachers who steal macaw nestlings for the international trade in rare parrots.
Many of the poachers also steal leaves of Chameadorea palms, which they cut for export to Europe, Asia and North America, where they are used in floral arrangements. The Maya word for Chameadorea is Xate, so the poachers are known as Xateros.

Last Thursday, a police officer in Belize protecting tourists at the classic Maya site of Caracol saw two horses, which he suspected were being used by xateros. He went to untie them from the tree near the pyramids. The xateros shot him dead, took his gun and fled into the forest.

This news story concludes with a video clip taken by a tourist who happened to be there. It does not have the shooting, but it does show the body. It then goes on to Chameadorea palms and why poachers would kill for them.

http://latincorrespondent.com/environment-2/belize-national-park-conflict-escalates-murder/

Grim stuff, but may be useful to put our hobby in a broader perspective.

What global warming? That is what they are saying in Washington. After a Winter filled with snow storms, it was still coming down only last week and long standing residents are busy seeking winter homes in Florida. Among my own friends at least three families have acquired condos there, something they vowed never to do. Post crash, sub prime mortgage bargain basement prices have made the sun even more attractive. Unquote.
In the UK we have a TV program called " A place in the Sun" and now and again A Brit couple will be filmed buying a Condo there. They're shown around these "Mansions" that cost £150,000 post sub prime that make our £300,000 properties look like rabbit hutches. The only catch is they can't stay there permanently.
Any Palms North members got plans?
