when you dream that "the global warming" will come soon, and erase all the winters in future and the low temps for ever, so u could grow all kind of palms and exotics. as it is a new religion...hahahahaha "once when it comes"..... "palms will grow everywhere !!!!" 🙄 you wont have big bills for the electricity!! no watching weather forecast every day and have fear that something might froze this year!! please come the "holy global warming" 😆 who is with me?? just joking. rgds

That's why I grow palms...hoping for warmer winters.

I'm with ya! but the more I wish the colder it gets here. 😡
Colder than normal here, but without any snow it feels much warmer. 😛

I`ll add to this. You go to Mexico meet some new friends that know nothing about palms. Rent a car ask them to come for a drive. You then see a palm nursery on the other side of the road do a u turn and invite your new friends to look at all the palms while you take pics. Now drive a little father see Christmas palms with ripe seeds got to stop again run across 4 lanes of traffic to collect seeds. We finally make it to the flea market 2 hours later and I don`t buy a thing. Spend the next day "friends decline any more free rides with us" driving down the coast on the hunt for more seeds. Put seeds in pockets of my shorts and my fiance`s laundry to smuggle home 😆 . Barb I have some seeds for you duty free! 😀 Feliz Navidad

I'm so excited, gonna get the basement ready for palm seed starting.
PS---my Jubaea chilensis (blue form) seeds arrived today 😀
