First one looks like a Chamaedorea, probably Chamaedorea elegans,(Parlour Palm), which is a solitary stem. If it starts to grow suckers, then it would be Chamaedorea cataractarum. (Cat Palm)

The second one is Dypsis lutescens. (Butterfly Palm, Golden Cane Palm, Areca)

Are you sure? because i've heard of Kentia relevance to the areca at young age, is this verified correct? its pretty much known as a common error to get misjudged at. if your absolutely sure, and has great wealth of knowledge about it then great! i need your help, greatly appreciated 😀
