Hi all,
As a card carrying member of the Palm Rescue League, I need a little help IDing a 9' tall, neglected palm I saved from a "box" store. This big guy was laying on his side with most of the dirt removed from the pot. I couldn't stand it anymore and offered them $20 for it. They took it.
I think it's some type of Dypsis, Butterfly palm maybe or Areca? I uploaded some pics to see if anyone can help me ID it.

The trunk looks like a christmas palm or adonidia. But I am not sure.
