Losing this one'll kill me!
Combination of cold house temps, no sun at all, for almost the whole month!
Soil likely too cold, fronds almost crispy, even the newest spear.
Figured I had nothing to lose by trying: immersed into a tub of warmish water with 1 tbsp Thrive B1 for 15 minutes.
Removed old soil to check roots. Roots have good color and look firm, no mushy areas.
Repotted it into new dry soil with added perlite. Light misting of top of soil, will water sparingly tomorrow.
Placed it into cheap plastic GH for warmth and humidity.
Doesn't look good for this little guy.

I hope that it recovers. Is it getting light? If not, I would suggest a 23 W Natural light compact fluorescent bulb.

You may have a point Allen.
In the house it was in an area that got no sun.
Thought that was appropriate as they grow in mostly shade.

Mine don't do well with soil temps below 65*F for any length of time. Do you have any room left on your heat mat?
I've had some inside under a CFL since last October, seems to be enough light for them.

I made room for it on the heat mat.
I'll mist 2x a day.
Temp inside the little plastic GH is 22C 71F.
Haven't got a light to put in there, maybe Christmas lights might work.

so sad. I've killed my share of licuala over the years (actually just 3). I think their humidity requirements are just too high to be grown as indoor palms. You can't mist them enough, if you mist to much you rot them out, etc etc etc.
Its gonna be a big weekend at the oppalm house. Lots of planting, moving palms around, fertilizing, and other outdoor gardening activities. I will be planting in excess of 10,000 seedlings, vegetables, trees, plants,etc. (just made that up) It will be alot though.

My seedling total will be more in the range of 1000. I am just about to start putting them out to acclimatize before planting them about the end of the month.

Kent, sadly I think you're correct about the fine line between giving them enough humidity and inducing rot.
I think the B Vitamin soak was too late for the little guy.
Looks dead as a nail.
